Where mind meets matter...!
Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of Himachal Pradesh. The name “Spiti” means “The Middle Land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India. A picturesque paradise echoing with tranquility and spirituality, Spiti Valley is home to several Buddhist monasteries and stunning natural sites, most of which are unexplored and hence, unspoilt. Snuggled in Himachal Pradesh, the valley boasts a jagged landscape that is cut by the pristine and fast-flowing Spiti river, gushing through deep gorges and valleys.
Spiti valley is the new darling of travel enthusiasts and with beautiful pictures floating on social media, the craze is increasing with every passing year. Spiti valley looks beautiful both in summers and winters.
Spiti is often referred to as Little Tibet because its terrain, vegetation and climate are very similar to that of Tibet. It is perched at a height of 2,745 m above sea level and is surrounded by Lahaul, Ladakh, Kinnaur and Kullu. From Lahaul, one can enter into Spiti Valley via the Kunzum La or Kunzum Pass, which is located at a height of 14,931 ft.

The travellers shed in Kaza is a thoughtful initiative by 2 riders from Delhi who have handled the grunt of the terrain in its pristine form. The owners - Sahil Wason and Arun Shokeen have been to places where people are still endeavouring to go: Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Sach pass, Jalori Pass, Chansal Pass, killer Kishtwar etc. Having motored through these life altering terrains, these 2 riders thought of providing relief to fellow travellers who wanted respite from the relentless cold which causes the harshest of exhaustion. A pit-stop where travellers can refuel themselves.
