Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Travellers Shed

We understand that plans may change, and we always strive to be fair and transparent with our travelers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any trip with us.

Booking Amount

The initial booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, this amount may be converted into a credit note in select cases, at the sole discretion of Travellers Shed.

Cancellation by the Traveler

If a participant chooses to cancel their trip, the following charges will apply on the total trip cost (excluding the non-refundable booking amount):

  • 30 days or more before the trip start date: 50% of the trip cost will be charged

  • 15 to 30 days before the trip start date: 75% of the trip cost will be charged

  • 0 to 15 days before the trip start date: 100% of the trip cost will be charged (no refund)

  • Note:
    All cancellation requests must be sent via official email only.
    Phone/WhatsApp cancellation requests will not be considered valid.

    No-Show Policy

    If a participant fails to show up on the trip start date, no refund or credit note will be issued.

    Cancellation/Changes by Travellers Shed

    In rare cases, Travellers Shed may be required to cancel or modify a trip due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, landslides, floods, roadblocks, political unrest, safety concerns, etc.).
    In such situations, the company will offer:
  • An alternate trip of the same value, OR

  • A credit note for the paid amount, valid for 12 months for any future trip

  • No cash refunds shall be provided in cases of force majeure.

    Final Note

    We do not offer refunds once an order or booking has been placed.
    All sales are final.
